Mozart?s ?Requiem in D Minor? and ?A Child?s Requiem? by Lehigh University Professor of Music, Steven Sametz, will be presented in a concert titled Hope and Remembrance. Riverside Symphonia and the Princeton Girlchoir will join the one hundred voice Choral Society for the occasion. Settings of the Latin Requiem often exert a strong pull on us not because they bring sadness, but because of the music?s cathartic power to lead us to hope and reassurance in an often frightening world. For our opening concert, we have paired two requiems, one very old and familiar (the beloved Mozart Requiem) and one very new, related directly to a recent tragedy (A Child?s Requiem by Steven Sametz). We will be joined by soprano Clara Rottsolk, tenor David Vanderwal, the Princeton Girlchoir, and the Riverside Symphonia. This concert is part of our community partnership,

For those that are not yet aware, the streets of New Hope are notoriously haunted - quite possibly the most haunted town in America! The Logan Inn, especially, has been researched by many paranormal investigators. Watch this video more information. Located along the scenic Delaware River, New Hope has history dating back to before the Revolutionary war. The town's history and that of American whiskey in Pennsylvania parallel in many ways. Let's discover where their stories cross. Each whiskey is thoughtfully paired with each of the five haunted sites on the tour. (Each pairing may involve what may have been historically accurate or what may have been available at the local tavern when each spirit lived and walked these very streets.) Perhaps the thirsty specters of New Hope will join us for a sip.   Stop Center Court at the Shops at Valley Square in Warrington (PA) to pick up a Halloween Trick-or-Treat map of participating stores and restaurants. Enjoy face painting, balloon artists, scary Halloween skeletons and witches. Complimentary cider and cookies courtesy of Wegmans.   Trout Fishing In America's beloved family songs like When I Was A Dinosaur, The Window, and Proper Cup Of Coffee have been favorites across the nation for over thirty years, and a favorite of Philadelphia's on WXPN's Kids Corner with host Kathy O'Connell. Sellersville Theater is thrilled to welcome back one of our favorite family acts!
Join us for the Make a Difference Children's Foundation 5K Run/Walk and 1 Mile Fun Run. MADCF is a small grassroots 501c3 based in Bucks County. Our mission is to bring relief to children living in poverty.
